Kertas Nusantara is one of the Largest single pulp lines mill in South East Asia. It has been designed to develop the downstream wood industry as part of the nation's effort to augment oil and gas exports.
The Pulp Mill is located in Mangkajang site in the Berau District of Kalimantan Timur. The Mangkajang site occupies a total of approximately 3,400 Ha and accommodates the pulp mill, wharf, warehouse areas and employee residential areas. It also includes a 1,260 Ha green belt area for native flora and fauna. Nearly 1400 company staff call Mangkajang home.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting access (permissions) on public, group and private shares, drives and directories
- Assist with documenting procedures
- Implement software rollouts and installations
- Provide troubleshooting, problem identification, and escalation where appropriate
- Assist with implementation of new and updates to standard software profiles for users
- Assist supervisor in maintaining all domain servers
- Provide "overview" support training on E-Mail, Windows desktop, MSOffice applications as required
